SYDNEY, June, 29. (Received June 30, at 0.57 a.m.) At the annual meeting of tho Sheep Breeders' Association' the president stated that in the past few years tho sheep of this State had declined from nearly 70 millions to 41 millions at the 'beginning of this year. They would do well if tlicy finished the year with 20 millions. Including the loss of the present season's lambs, this would mean the loss this year of 40 million sheep.
