FOOTBALL.
On account of tho state of the grounds after the reccnt rains all Rugby and Association matchos on Saturday were declared off. A Wellington telegram states that in eonscquencc of the tcrriblo state of tile grounds all Rugby matches wero declared off on Saturday afternoon. Our correspondent telegraphs that in eonsequenco of tho continued rain all Association matches were also postponed.
