It's a farce—3» say they outside, as well.as a number inside said county. I ask, Have such people any common sense? I fear lint, otherwise they would not express themselves in such a manner. The law is .made, and it is put into force by a three-fifths majority. What right, thon. has anv Dick. Tom, or Harry to say it's a farce? Tho farco lies with those who gavo three very feeble cheers to those who were convicted on the departure of the train from Balelutha.—l nm, etc., January 21. Spectator.
