Wednesday, Januaby IG. • (Before Mr E. H. Carew, S.M.) Eliza- E. Leckie v. Archibald J. Ikmsay.— Claim £3 17s Bd, on a judgment summons.—Mr "Wilkinson appeared for plaintiff, and dofenGant, who did not appear, was ordered to pay the amount claimed on u'ebruary 16, in default six days' imprisonment.
William Jamieson v. Archibald J, Ramsay.— Claim £13 10s 3d, on a judgment summons.— Mr Wilkinson appeared for plaintiff, and defendant, who did not appear, was ordered to pay the amount claimed on April 16, in default three weeks' imprisonment.
Judgment ifor the plaintiff, with costs, was given in each of the following cases:—Stevenson and Poole (for whom Mr AVoodhouse appeared) v. Edward Watson (Clyde), claim £2 19s 9d, goods supplied; British Lion Gold Dredging Company (for whom Mr White appeared) v. Hobert Bobertson (Clyde), claim £12 103, calls due on shares; same v. Robert M'Con-noc-hio (Clyde), claim £18 15s, calls duo on shares; same v. John Hollow&y, jun. (Clyde), claim £12 10s, calls due on shares; same v. J. A. M-'Ginnis (Alexandra), claim £20, calls due on shares; same v. James llilcy (Alexandra), claim £1210s, calls due on shares.
