A CONFLICTING REPORT. (Per United Press .Assocr.vno.v,) WELLINGTON, January 16. Sir Alfred Milner hits 'cabled to the Act-ing-Premier that Lieutenant Keddell, of the foui'lli con! ingent, was wounded on the left arm nt Yentersdorp a few days 'ago. The wound is not dangerous.
