BURNT AT SEA. SYDNEY' December 15. (Received Dec. 15, at 9.35 a.m.) The agents of the barque Allegiance, bound from Clyde to Sydney, have received confirmation that the vessel was burnt at sea and sunk. The cargo, which was a valuable one, was insured, most of the local offices having a line.
