THE SALE OF POISONS, TO THE EDITOR.
Sir,— Referring to the case of the unfortunate man Chnrlos J. Brown, at Deborah Bay tho other day. I would respectfully suggest, in order to prevent such mistakes taking place in the future, that all poisonous mixtures sold by chemists or others should be supplied m blue bottles with red labels and the word " Poison " upon thorn in large letters. In fact, the law should be so altered as to make it illegal to dispense poison or any mixture supposed to contain it in any other description of bottles.—l am, etc., C. R. OUAPICAN.
Duneclin, August 10.
