THE TICHBORNE CASE REVIVED.

Presa Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, August 10. (Received August 10, at 10.30 p.m.)

The Assembly adopted a resolution sanctioning the release of William Cresswell from the cisylum, in accordance with the recommendation of the Royal Commission which inquired into the claim that he is Sir Roger Tichborne. The Government did not object to the release if an assurance was given that Cresswell would be placed in the care of suitable persons. It is understood he will be released shortly, and, under the care of Edward Priestman, taken to England.
