We remind our readers thai the religious drama " The Christian" will be produced tonight at the Princess Theatre, with Mr Walter Jieutley in !he part of John Storm. Mr Bentley produced the play in Auckland, and has had crowded houses in all the principal cities. The book, as is well known, abounds in strong dramatic situations, and Mr Maddox, the adapter, has strictly adhered to the author's work. Mr Douglas Ancelon's Dramatic Compnijy' will support Mr Bentley. The principal female cliaructer— Glory Quayl"—is enacted by Miss Ada Woodhill. N-cw scenery and costumes have been provided, md a very successful production may be predicted. The booking we learn, is very laree.
