The Perpetual Trustees, Estate, and Agency Company held an auction sa'.e yesterday o"i corporation 21 years' building lease's, being"subdivision of sectious 3 and -i, hlock VI, town district (Carisbrook). In all 13 allotments wero offered, and of these eight were bought by the present tenants at tho upsets. The others wero passed iv. Si'ii'f,; allotment 13, lr 3p, Mrs Joseph Hatton, rental £12, improvements £&90; allotment 16, lr 3.32p, Mr Colin Allan, rental £12, improvements £600; allotment 17, lr, Mrs J. B. Low, rental £3, improvements £775; allotment 53; 35.4p; Mrs A. D. Thompson, rental £5 ss, improvements £200; allotment 57, lr Sp, Mr J. Robinson, rental £3, improvements £290.
