Messrs Wright, Strphensoii, and Co. report having sold to Mr Pctei M'Leod; of - Islay Downs, Morrisons, the following blocks o"f hind on the Now Zealand Agricultural Company's \Vaimea estate, containing in all 11,-Ula 3r !29p:—Blocks I to IV, srrouped on the company's ISDO sale p'.an, tuSsock country, agricultural and pastoral land, comprising 3182 a. 2i lop. with Government leasehold A of 3333 acres; block V, tussock country, atrricul-tiu-al and pastoral land, containing ' uhn 3r 37p; block VI, tussock country, agricultural "";!, P a='oral land, say 095 a3r O.Op; block i-WJ, containing; 2303 a 2:- O.Gp, agricultural and pastoral land, about 300 acres in old English grass, «-itl, Govornment leasehold C ot '110 acres; and block XVIII,- containing 30<7a Or 0.5 t ), agricultural and pastoral Innd, about 'ion acres in Knglisb Brass, with Government leaseholds D, E, and I<\ of 1100 acres. Thc=e lands form part of the Croydon and Wantwooci subdivisions of the "Wairnca- estate, and are situated near Gore.
