Of this £3 16s was collected at Bannockburn, Blacks, and St. Bathans, £4 5s at Naseby, and .62 6s at Middleman*. The best record was made at Alexandra, where £7 lla was collected. By a prior arrangement with the local committee this sum was handed over to tho local contingent fund.
