CRICKET.
SYDNEY, January 26. The , Cricket Association Council are arranging a match between tho Australian Eleveii and tho Rest of Australia, to be played here on' February 2; the proceeds to be' divided between the patriotic and bushmen's contingent -funds. Tho players have given their services gratuitously.
A match was played at Adelaide on the 13th inst. between Sturt and West Adelaide, when, the former compiled 338 for the loss of eight wickets, W. M'Kay's score beins 114.
In the Third Class Championship match Green Island v. Albion, at Green Island, tho iormer club will bo represented by Nye, Prebble, Watson, Harraway (2), Sinellie, Dempster, Cowan, M'Caughan (2), King. Albion meet at Manse street at 2.15 p.m.
