Tho British representatives at the Czar's Peace Conference will be Sir Julian Fauncefote (Uritish Ambassador at Washington) and Sir Henry Howard (British Minister at the Plague. They will be assisted by Vice-admiral Sir John Arbuthnot Fisher (Commander-in-Chief of the North American station) and Major-general Sir John Ardagh (Director of the Military Intelligence department of the War Office).
