(Received Dec. 21. at 12.20 a.m.) . The House has been sitting continuously since yesterday morning forcing the Estimates through. There was a heated discussion on the military vote. The authorities were accused of allowing lack of social position to stand in the way of the promotion of deserving officers. The Premier undertook to make personal inquiries. . ADELAIDE, December 20.
