A number of Socialist newspaper editors lave been arrested for inciting the people to revolt. < Many Italians in Switzerland are returning to their own country, and are assembling at Ohiasso, a Swiss -village near Como, for the purpose of considering their attitude in regard to the revolutionary outbreak. Owing to a strike of the employees in the gasworks, Milan is in darkness. Cycling in the city is prohibited. Serious riots have occurred at Como and Hbvara.
