TO THE EDITOR. Sib,—As the cost of school.books is such * serious item to poor parents, and as tho books are so continually being changed, would it not; \ be a good idea to appoint one of the teachers at each school to take charge of and dispose of at reduced prices such books as are done with, prices being according to condition of books —1 am, &c, , Danedin, February 25.
