Saturday, January* 18. (Before Mr G. L. Denniston, J P.) Drunkenness.—Thomas Hannan waa fined 20s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment; and two firet offenders were convicted and discharged. A Charge of Tiiufr.—Bernard M'Cann was charged with stealing from tbe wharf, on Thursday last, a coat valued at 20s, belonging to George Mason ; a coat valued at 10s, belonging to P-obert Jordan ; and a portmanteau, consigned to Dalgety and Co.—On the application of the police, a remand till Wednesday was granted.
