THE ALLEGED POISONING AT PATOKA.
(Phb Dhitbd Vnivm Association.) Napier, February 20. The criminal sessions of the Supremo Coutfi have closed. In the Patokn poisoning ca«e, ia which John Restall wts charged with attempting to poison 10 station hands, the jury were locked up all night, and not agreeing tuey were discharged this morning, and tho prisoner was remanded till next session.
