NOTES FROM THE ARROW.
(Fkom Orm Own Correspondent.) Akrowtown, January 23. The sale of the mining properties of the Premier Consolidated Company, Macetown, has been further postponed to the 15th of next month.
A trial crushing of four tons of stone from the leader struck last week by the Tipperary Gold Mining Company, Macetown, yielded upwards of loz. AU the indications being very favourable, Mr Stanford, the manager, intends to follow up the discovery.
The Ettrick Dredging Company's return last week was SJoz, and not 31oz as reported. The Roxburgh Gold Steam Dredging Company [Limited) washed up 19Joz gold for the week ending Saturday last.
