BOWLING.
A team from the Dunedin Bowliog Club paid a visit to Miltoa on Saturday to play a friendly match with the players there. The result was a very enjoyable game, in. which the visitors were defeated by the very substantial majority of 39 points. At tho close of tho match Mr Moore (on behalf of the Milton Club) made a few complimentary remarks, which Hr M. Sinolair suitably acknowledged, expressing a hope that such friendly games as they had been engaged in might be extended and that rather selush individual p!ay might decrease.
