tion now under notice. Tho weather being very suitable, and the greens in good order, some very fair gross scores wero made. Tho best card handed in was by Mr Stilling (12 strokes), showing a nefc score of 85 (97 —12), Dr Shaud (six strokes) being the runner-up with 87 (93-6). Mr W. Macgregor (four strokes) was third with 89 (93—4-), while Mr Rose ond Mc G. Todd, juu. ("cratch) tied for fourth place with 90 apiece (92-2 and 90). The following were the scores under ICO net : —
