♦ CANTERBURY v. OTAGO. The Match Committee of theOtago Cricketers' Association yesterday selected the following players to represent Otago in the annual match against Canterbury to bo played at Carisbrook on Saturday and Monday next: —Baker, Bell, Clarke, Currie, Downes, Fisher, Hope, Harper (captain), Johnston, Lawton, J. M'Kenzie. The team ■ are requested to attend net practice at Carisbrook to-morrow and Thursday evenings. Mr Ollivier has selected the following team of cricketers to represent Canterbury against Otago:—Barnes, Clayton, Cotterill, Harman, Mathias, M'Farlane, North, Robertson, Ridley, Wigley, and Wildiug.
