Daily Times Oflice, Saturday evening. The amount of customs revenue received to-day on _roods cleared for consumption waß £904 ls lOd. The report of the directors of the Oamaru Woollen Factory Company recommends the ■writing off the property the sum of £2494 6a 3d, and putting aside £359 for new warehouse and office, which will leave a credit balance of £2323 16s Bd, from which the directors propose paying a dividend of 8 per cent, on the preference and 4 per cent, on the ordinary shares, which will absorb £90S, and carry forward the balance of £1415 16s 8d to uext year's accounts. The company's productions-ace btill gaining in public favour and demand.
