SEVERE WEATHER.
[By Electric Telegbaph.— Copybight.j (Peb Pbess Association.) London, November 21. (Received November 22, at 10.40 a.m.) The gale is now moderating in England, but it is still raging on the Continent, where many deaths have occurred. At Royston a train was embedded in 20ft of snow. The British steamer Abonkir Bay foundered ia the Bay of Biscay, and 12 persons were drowned. A four-masted vessel foundered with all hands off the Yorkshire coast;, aud another off Land's End. The P. and O.s steamer Ballarat met with fearful weather on the voyage up tbe Channel. The skylight was smashed and the stanchions carried away. One hundred and fifty-four wrecks are reported in England and France. November 22. (Received November 23, at 1.10 a.m.) The steamer Tekoa met the full force of the gale and was hove-to_ for three days in the Channel bur. reached Plymouth safely.
