At a meeting of the New Zealand Political Reform Association, the following resolutions were passed:—" (1) This association condemn the action of the Ministry in not having introduced a bill extending the terra of office of the Railway Commissioners," in order that the opinion of the people could be expressed previous to the resumption of control by the Government,, as must be the case after l'ebruary next.
