IRELAND AND HER MALIGNERS.

TO THE EDITOK.

Sin, —I have read with much interest the letter with the above heading which appeared in your issue of to-day, and, like your correspondent, have also read Lord Montagu's " Recent Events and a Clue to their Solution." This book ought to be read by everybody who takes an interest in the history of our time. I, however, merely send these few lines for the purpose of saying that the letter signed " Ex-Scotch Farmer," referred to by your correspondent, appeared in one of your evening contemporaries, and not in your columns.— I am, &c, Dunedin, October 21. Loyalty.
