DEEMING, ALIAS WILLIAMS, FOUND OUII/I'Y. SENTENCED TO DEATH. [By Klkctbic Tulkmiiaph.—Coi'vihqut. | (Per Piikhs Association.) Mhi.iiourke, May 2. (Received May 2, at noon.) Medical experts decline to pronounce Williams insane. One medical witness slated that the prisoner's actions were not like those of a sane person; and another described him as an instinctive criminal, but not insane. (Received May 3, at 1.25 a.m.) The trial of Frederick Deeming, alias Williams, alias Baron Swans-ton, for the murder of his wife (ih'h Emily Mather) at Windsor, on or about the 241h December last, was concluded to-day. At 9 p.m. the jury relumed with a verdict of "Wilful murder" against Deeming, finding that he was not insane at the time of the murder, nor is'he insane now. Sentence of death was passed.
