Medical experts decline to pronounce Williams insane. One medical witness slated that the prisoner's actions were not like those of a sane person; and another described him as an instinctive criminal, but not insane. (Received May 3, at 1.25 a.m.) The trial of Frederick Deeming, alias Williams, alias Baron Swans-ton, for the murder of his wife (ih'h Emily Mather) at Windsor, on or about the 241h December last, was concluded to-day. At 9 p.m. the jury relumed with a verdict of "Wilful murder" against Deeming, finding that he was not insane at the time of the murder, nor is'he insane now. Sentence of death was passed.
