MR DIBBS' MISSION.

The New South Wales Premier (Mr Dibbs) will interview the Premiers of Victoria and South Australia, and ask their co-operation in his mission to London. He states that his visit is mainly intended to strengthen the credit of the Australian colonies in London.
Mr G. B. Wieland, who has been secretary of the North British Railway Company for 18 years, is about to retire, owing to medical orders, but will join the hoard of directors. Mr John Cathles, assistant manager of the company, has been appointed to succeed him.
