B Battery mustered for Government inspection on AVednesday evening, the parade state being :— 1 captain, 2 lieutenants, 1 sergeant-major, 4 sergeants, 1 trumpeter, and 33 gunners ;-total, 44. After drill Lieutenant Chalmer handed over to the corps a handsomely-mounted photograph, which had beeu presented by Sergeant-major Robinson ?.r ii- .i tery>,of t*? c champion sword team of the AVellington Artillery. -This corps has for two years in succession been placed first in sword drill against all-comers. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to Sergeant-major Robinson.
