NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pastoral Lease of the undermentioned RUN will be offered FOR SALE by Public Auction at this Office, on TUESDAY, the twenty-sixth April 1892, at 12 o'clock noon: — Run 71, Gray's HiUs Station, Mackenzie County, about 29,862 acres. Term of lease, 18 years and 10 months, fixed tenure, from May Ist, 1892. Upset rental, £600 per annum. The lease, all costs whereof shall be borne by the purchaser, will be from the Canterbury College. The lease shaU be subject to the right of the Canterbury College or the Crown to dispose of the freehold of the whole of the Run or any part thereof by way of sale.
