The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company's cargo wai? eL Pakeh?' T fl^ L°ndon, via Auckland, Wellington, and Lyttelton, arrived at 6 p.m. yesterday, and was berthed at the Bowen pier, when she at once commenced to discharge her cargo for this port. Tyler and T. M'Gregor. The Pakeha left London «-£ p-ln- on / anuary 9; landed the pilot off Dover, earned strong N.E. winds, with thick weather, until the 16th, when a fresh S.W. gale was experienced, and she arrived at Teneriffe at 6 am on the 17th. o Took on board 530 tons coal, and left again at 3.30 p.m. same day. After getting clear of the island she had moderate N.E. trades until the 22nd, in lat. 10.24 N., long. 17.17 W, followed by light winds, and crossed the Equfor onthe2sth, picking up the S.E. trades in at. 2.26 S. They were moderate, and gave out m lat. 25.43 S. Thence she had light winds, and crossed the meridian of Greenwich on February 4 m lat. 32.21 b., and rounded the Cape of Good Hope on February 9 in lat. 45.39 S., when she met fresh N.W. winds, and on February 12 until the 15th passed several icebergs. Passed Kerguelan Land on the 18th; thence she had fresh westerly winds with occasional gales until the 29th, when it veered to the southward, increasing to a heavy gale attended by thick weather until March 3, when it veered to the N.E. round to E.S.E. blowing Hard for two days, when it moderated to arrival at Auckland, at 6 p.m. on the 9th inst. ; discharged 1700 tons cargo, and left again on the 11th, reaching Wellington at 3 a.m. on the 14th; discharged 1632 tons cargo, and pushed on for Lyttelton on the 15th, at which port she discharged 1100 tons but, owing to the excessive wet 2?,? wh was, detained there until 6 p.m. of the ftrnU™? a a eft / or Port Chalmers.
