Auckland, March 22.—Arrived : Tarawera, s.s:, from Sydney. Passengers: For Wellington—Miss Fraser. For Lyttelton—Mr and Mrs Lee, Mr and Mrs Ormeston, Mr Turner. For Dunedin—Mr Turner.
Wellington, March 22.—Arrived: Wakatipu, from Sydney. Passengers: For Dunedin—Miss Churley, Miss Smith, Messrs Stern, M'Laughlin, Allen, Smith ; and 12 in the steerage. For Wellington — Twenty-three salocm (including Mr Duthie, M.H.R., who has been a trip Home) and 40 steerage. The Tikapo did not get away last night, owing to the tjiick weather. She left for Lyttelton at 10 o'clock this morning.

COMPANY'S FLEET. Tuesday, March 22. Lyttelton—Dingadee arrived 4 a.m. from Westport. Penguin arrived 10 a.m. from Dunedin; sailed 6 p.m. for Wellington. Wellington—Rotorua sailed 10 a.m. for Nelson. Tekapo sailed 10 a.m. for Lyttelton. Wakatipu arrived 2 a.m. from Sydney. Auckland—Waihora arrived noon from Gisborne. Southern Cross arrived 5.30 a.m. from Gisborne.
The Union Steam Ship Company's s.s. Manapouri, Captain E. Wheeler from Melbourne, via Hobart and Bluff Harbour, arrived at the Tongue wharf at 9.30 a.m. yesterday. She left the wharf at Williamstown at 6 p.m. of the 15th inst., and had a strong S.E. gale with heavy head sea for the next 12 hours; passed Swan Island at 9.30 p.m. of the 16th, had light southerly and easterly winds, and reached Hobart at 4 p.m. of the 17th inst. ; left again at 2.30 a.m. next day; had light to moderate S.E. winds and sea, passed the Solanders at 7.30 a.m. of the 21st and arrived at the Bluff at 1.30 p.m.; left again at 6 p.m. same day, had strong head winds and sea along the coast, and was detained outside the heads yesterday morning owiDg to thick weather. We thank Mr/ Armstrong (purser) for report and files.' The barque Northern Star was towed from Dimedin to sea yesterday morning, and sailed in ballast for Greymouth to load coal for Port Pirie. The s.s. Invercargill took in a quantity of transhipments from the ship Opawa yesterday, and left Dunedin in the afternoon for Invercargill. The barque J. H. Marsters was towed to sea yesterday afternoon by.the s.s. Plucky, and sailed with original cargo for Lyttelton. The s.s. Napier left the Rattray street wharf yesterday afternoon with cargo for Riverton. The hatches of the barque August Burchard were opened yesterday, the cargo appeared in firstclass order.
The Duke of Sutherland is expected to arrive at Port Chalmers this morning, she having been reported passing the Bluff at 10 a.m. yesterday.
