Mr Garrat, who made the presentation, expressed the regret all felt that Mr Critchfleld had, owing to his ill-health, to resign the position of storeman, which he had so efficiently filled for 17 years, and trusted his intended visit to Australia would completely restore him to his accustomed vigour. Mr Critchfield feelingly replied.
