13 Battery N.Z.H.A.V. paradad for impeetion at the Garrisou Hall lasb night, when the parade state showed—l captain, 1 lieutauaui, 4 sergeants, 1 bugler, and 31 gunners;—total, 38. After inspection the batter'- was exercised in various movements hy its olficprs, find acquitted itself exceedingly well. At a meuting held after parade Sergeaut Chalmer was unanimously eleotad to tho position of lieutenant.
