HB THE VIOTOIIIA O.UAETZ MININO COMPANI LIMITED, AND EE THE BREAK O' DAY QUABTZ MINING COMPANY, LIMITED. Motion for the Bank of New Zealand to prove its claim. Argument herein was concluded, and His Honor reserved judgment.
