Tho association are now noted for their enterprise, and doubtless their devotion to the public welfare merits the ready response from their patrons which their past experience has taught them to expect. •
England paid £21,000,000 last year to Continental countries for dairy products alone. The butter and margarine imported weighed over three million hundred-weight, and the cheese nearly two million. The eggs England imported amounted to 1,100,000,000.
