I TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —As a constant rider in hansoms I must protest agaiD6t the correspondent of the 24th inst., re disgraceful behaviour at the rank. I have taken the trouble to question each of the drivers separately on the matter, and find thn case thus: Tho " unfortunate " woman came to the rank in an intoxicated state and begged a shilling from one of the men, and he in fun referred her to another; No. 2 in his turn sent her to auother, and so on, until shfi had gono rouud the lot, and at last losing her torn per began abusing all round in unmentionable language.—l am, &c, July 26. _______ A Fact.
