TEETOTALLERS.
TO THE EDITOE,
Sir, —I thank "Alet.heia" for his candid avowal. He tells us that teetotal justice means that tha innoeeufc shall suffer for the guilty. The Licensing Committee were found guilty of ignoring the notice sent them by the teetotallers. For this indignity a victim rauat be procured ou whom to wreak their vuugeance. The victim chosen was a woman who was entirely innocent and guiltless in the matter. I should think that after this confession teetotal justice would become a reproach and a byeword amongst men. Again thanking your correspondent for his candour,—l am,&c, February 15. X. Y. 0.
