A DECIDED IMPROVEMENT.

Berlin, June 13. {Beceived June 14. at 3 p.m.) • The official bulletin published concerning the Emperor's health states that his breathing is easier, and that his strength has much improved. . June 14. .fEeceived June 14. at 9.30 p.m.) The alarming symptoms of the Emperor's illness reported yesterday are abating, and his Imperial Majesty is now able to take his food in a natural manner. He.is a good deal stronger, and constantly discharges State dnties. The King of Sweden, who is paying a royal visit to the Emperor at Potsdam, has been cordially received. ;' . ; • (Received June 15, at 1.35 a.m.) The physicians in attendance on the< Emperor are of opinion that an abscess is forming between the trachea and gullet, and that if ibbursts upwards,his Imperial Majesty may recover from the present attack. If, however, the abscess should burst inwards they think suffocation would be the inevitable result..
