A LANG-NEBBIT ONE.
TO THE EDITOR. Si r, — " Non-incomprehensibility " contains 22 letters, or ona letter more than the word furnished by "Walter Pylo." This word, I take it, has a meaning peculiar to itself and is not synonymous with " comprehensibility," which simply means capability of being understood, whereas non-incomprehensibility means that it is impossible not to be understood.—l am, &c, Ex Capitk.
