The buildings consist of nino-roomed dwelling - house, men's huts, barn, 12-stall stable, cow-shdd, &c. This valuable farm is situated on the margin of Lake Wakatipu, and adjoinin? Brunswick Flourrnill, and is composed entirely of low lands, overy acre of which Is ploujrluible by D F ploughs; a great portion is at present laid down in English grasses. The whole of the land is In thorough good heart, never having been overworked; and notwithstanding the very bad' season there are at present some magnificent crops of grain growing, and from its proximity to the Lake gain is worth 2d to 3d per bushel more than in any other part of tho district. . Lot 2. Shotover Farm, containing 310 acres 3 roods 34 perches, adjoining Prankton Farm (the Shotover River intervening). This land is similar to Frankton. It has been laid down in English grasses for many years. There is at present a growing crop of barley and oats. Lot 3. Ten acres near Arrowtown, known as Sutel's Falls. ■ ' TM« canrmands one of the finest Water-powers in New Zealand-a grand site for any manufactory, an' Unlimited supply of water. Lot 4. The Lime Kiln (containing about 10 acres freehold, and fivo leasehold for 21 years from 1870), situated on margin of Lake about nine miles from Queenstown. This is undoubtedly the bost lime in the Colonies, and commands ready mis in Southland and other parts; from its situation it is very easily worked ; a good ji-tty connects the Kiln, so that steamers can come alongside and load at any time. This is the only mill in the district, and commands about 12 miles ot bush. The machinery is driven by water-wheel 3Gft in diameter, wi'.h never-failing supply of water. There aro about three miles of tramroad laid down. Steamers run alongside the mill wharf and load timber—no cartage required. Tbia is a rare chance for two or three sawmillers, with small capital, to realise a fortune. Lot 9. Paddle-steamer. Antrim. Has just undergone a thorough overhaul, anil fitted with patent steam-* inch, &c. This is a good speculation for any twofcor three Working men with capital. The Antrim being th 3 steamer mo^t fitted for carrying timber, grain, stock, &c,, always commands the greater portion of carrying trade on the Lake. Lot 10. Tho iron screw-steamer Venus. Having been recently refltted, is well fitted for pleasure-parties, &c. Also, The following Leasehold Sections: Sections 3,4,6, 6, and 7, block XVIII, with four storey ilouimill, with three pair best French buhr stories, driven by powerful turbine; just newly erected, at a cost of £800, and capablo of turning out 20 to 25 tons of flour per week. This mill, from its Bituation-Frankton Fallscommands one of the bost water-powers in New Zealand. ; Also, About 1500 cords of mixed firewood, 30,000 foet sawn timbor, 3 powerful winches, blocks, rope, turbine, building materials, ironmongery, corrugated iron, laige quantity of stores and merchandise, 2 safes, &c.
