Kifle Oasip, March 3rd, Firing at the remaining stages of the sixth and seventh matches occupied the greater part of to-day. Considerable interest centred iff these matches, as they enabled one to formatolerably good idea of the probabilities of theBslt winners. Turner wa3 the only rifle competitor who made a large score, and he went back to the 500 yards range with 54, having made one withia a possible at each of the first~ two ranges. F. France for the carbines did even beiter, maintaining his average at the longer ranges, and winding up with a total of 99, which placed Mm in the van for tha Championship.
