r ... .Ghahamstown, March 3rd. Affcer.the adjournment yesterday a Native girl gave evidence relative to the rings found in the ashes of the hut of theaccused. Moore ! prisoner's mate, stated that ha found a ringin the bedclothes on the morning of the murder.^ Ihe ting was swomto by the Natives as thel property of deceased. This concluded the evidence, after which the Court adjourned till this morning, and on assembling to-day the counsel for the prisoner allowed the depositions to be considered as read,, whereupon the prisoner was committed for trial. .',.-.,
