VOLUNTEER INTELLIGENCE.
The Portobello Rifles fired their second competition for choice of representatives yesterday morning, under the supervision of Sub-Lieut. Wilson. Lieut. M'Cartney succeeded in making the highest score obtaiued in any of the competitions which have yet taken i>lace. The followiug are the scores :— 200 400 800 000 Tl. Lieut.
