Monday, 17th Aa-wii, (Before V. Pyke, Esq., J.P.) Drunkenness. —Mary Carry charged wiilk being drunk in Forth street, did not answer to her bail, and was fined ss, in default, 24 hours* imprisonment. Archibald M'Leod, apprehended in-George street on Sunday, was fined in the double penalty of 10s, with the alternative of three, days' imprisonment.
