A charge against William Hooper, of hawking peas for side witbout a license, was dismissed. Tliomas Jackman, for driving a horse across tho footway hi Great King street, was fined 5s and costs ; David Lewis, for allowing three horses to wander, 2s Gd a head, and costs; and Walter Wilson, for allowing two calves to wander, 10s and costs.

TUB DOO XUfSAN'CK ORDINANCE. Georgo Boyles, for keeping an unregistered dog, was lined 40s and costs.
