Cargill and Jones v. M'Nichol and Kinnaird.—Claim of £20, for rent. Mr Smith appeared for plaintiffs, for whom judgment was given for the amount claimed," together Avith costs.
ilexman v. Adam Bailey.—This was a claim for £33 4s 6d, due on March 17th, 1872, upon a dishonoured acceptance held by plaintiff. Judgment was given for the plaintiff, by default, for the amount of his claim, together -with costs.
