The celebrated Clydesdale entire horse I ~ "SIR COLIN," I A; ~4eautiful bright dapple bay, ' rising; five years old, stands 16 hands 3 inches high, has good bone and a fine temper, and has proved himself a sure foal-getter of superior stock. When a yearling he gained the first prize at Ballarat. When two years old first prize at Smeaton and BaUarat. When three years old,".first ; .-. prize at Ballarat and Smeaton, beating Mr Brown's Marquis and Mr Dugald's imported horse Baron of Renfrew; same year .gained Messrs, Hepburn and Leonard's prize for best three . year old, and first prize for the best, Colonial horse of any age; the same year at Clunes took second prize amongst imported horses. When four years old, gained first prize at Smeaton, ■ second at Ballarat j same year got first prize at Daylesford for Colonial horses, and first for the best horse in the yard.
