Tides in the Atmosphere.—A gentleman, M. Matlrieu, who fiiled no undistinguished place in the French Republican Assemblies of 1848, affirms that he has discovered regular tiles in the atmosphere, precisely analogous to those of the sea, which reduce varieties of temperature to settled rule, by which the weather car be foretold mouths in advance, with scientific accuracy.— English Paper.
